ROTARY - Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky

Our Club have prepared rich program, which included cognitive arrangements interested from professional point of view, good rest & excursions. Also, dear guests participated in the club’s meeting, which took place in Resort Place with hot spring water in Paratunka region. During meeting they represented Arizona state, told about themselves & presented beautiful book about Arizona state, also, our sides exchanged pennants of Rotary Clubs.

Among official arrangements were following: meeting with representative of Administration of Kamchatka region, visiting Electric station, Kamchatka Printing company, beer producing company, Agrotek Co (meat processing factory), water pumping station, Attila Magyar had meeting with Pastor of Presbyterian Church. Also, our guests visited Kindergarten # 2/3 in Yelizovo, kindly met with the students of Kamchatka Marine University & gave interview at the local Radio station “Radio 3”. The members of our club have got unforgettable impressions from communication with this group. We got to know a lot of their professional activity, about life of Americans & their attitude towards various events in the word. And, of course, we liked them too much for their attention, understanding, soul generosity, good friendly mood, & open harts.

`Since 25th till 29th May 2004 our Club was host side for the GSE group from Arizona, USA. The members of this group were:`

`Attila Magyar (manages refugee program, specialist on religion)`

`Rachel Stanton (assistant on environment protection at Grand Canyon)`
